Shipping & Delivery Time
- Free shipping
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days with DHL
- All orders are trackable – you will receive a tracking link via email as soon as the package leaves our studio
Unclaimed packages
If the package is not collected, a return fee of SEK 400 will be charged.
Damage & Loss in transit
- Nock Studios is responsible for the risk until you have collected your shipment
- If your shipment is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with pictures of the packaging and product.
