Terms and Conditions for Nock Studios

Introduction

A piece of jewelry from Nock Studios is more than an accessory – it is a part of your story. Our design philosophy, Scantalia™, combines Scandinavian minimalism with Italian craftsmanship to create jewelry that feels timeless today and for generations to come. We strive to make your purchasing experience as secure, clear, and careful as our jewelry. Here you will find all important information regarding delivery, payment, returns, and contact.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, you accept our current terms and conditions.

3. Payment

We offer secure payments via Shopify Payments and Klarna.

Card Payment We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note that Swedish acquirers do not support online purchases with Maestro or Electron cards, and therefore we cannot offer these. You confirm your card purchase through the 3D Secure service, which minimizes the risk of card fraud in online purchases.

Invoice via Klarna If you choose to pay by invoice, it will be sent via the Klarna app or by email from Klarna. The invoice is transferred to our partner Klarna AB, who conducts a simplified credit check without sending you a copy.

4. Order and Order Confirmation

A binding order is considered entered into when we send a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of price error, out-of-stock items, technical error, suspicion of fraud, or other unauthorized purchases. Fraudulent orders and attempted fraud will be reported to the police.

5. Delivery and Tracking

A piece of jewelry from Nock Studios is created to accompany you through life. Our goal is for your order to be delivered quickly, securely, and traceably.

  • We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Delivery time is 2–5 business days with DHL.

  • All orders are traceable – you will receive a tracking link via email once the package has left our studio.

  • Unclaimed packages will be charged a return fee of 400 SEK.

  • Nock Studios reserves the right to adjust delivery times.

Damage and Loss during Transit Nock Studios is responsible for the shipment until you have picked it up. In case of damage during transit, contact us immediately with pictures of the packaging and product.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order. The right of withdrawal applies only to unused jewelry in its original packaging.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • For hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to earrings.

Return Conditions

  • For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • The jewelry must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Contact us at: nockstudios.se@gmail.com to obtain a return form and instructions. Returns sent without prior contact with us unfortunately cannot be approved.

Refunds

  • Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • In the event of a reduction in value (if the item is used or damaged), we reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, with the exception of rings in the wrong size. Contact us within 14 days and we will help you exchange for the correct size. The jewelry must be unused and returned in its original packaging. For other products, a return and new order apply with a service fee of 400 SEK.

8. Complaints

In case of a defective product, contact us within a reasonable time via nockstudios.se@gmail.com with pictures and a description. Complaints are assessed according to Swedish consumer legislation.

9. Allergies and Responsibility

Our jewelry is made of 14K gold. We disclaim responsibility for any allergic reactions.

10. Age Limit

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

11. Intellectual Property All content on Nock Studios' website and social media, including texts, images, and design, is protected by copyright and belongs to Nock Studios. Any copying or use without written permission is prohibited.

12. Disputes

Disputes are governed by Swedish law. We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN): www.arn.se

14. Gift Wrapping

We currently offer complimentary gift wrapping. Each piece of jewelry comes in our signature box – wrapped with care and ready to be given as a gift or cherished.

15. Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within Sweden. This is to ensure a secure and careful experience in every detail. If you live outside Sweden and wish to purchase a piece of jewelry, please feel free to email us: contact@nockstudios.se and we will try to resolve it. We plan to gradually expand to Scandinavia and the EU with our small, curated collections.
